New York, NY, December 12, 2022 - Joe Moore has joined Scale Facilitation® as the new Head of National Security Programs. In this role, Joe will focus on building defense and security related channels to market Scale Facilitation® portfolio companies, such as Recharge Industries™. He will also look to identify defense and security related opportunities for dual-use technologies in our pipeline including
AI and ML, advanced materials, medical devices and advanced manufacturing products including semiconductors, permanent rare earth magnets and batteries. He will leverage our team's strong global capabilities as well as that of our technology partners as he drives business development.
Joe is a business acceleration expert and thought leader with expertise in strategic leadership, project management, cloud computing, data enrichment, technology, testing and evaluation, and coaching and mentoring.

Prior to joining Scale Facilitation®, Joe was the Vice President of National Intelligence Programs for Big Bear AI, a publicly traded company providing machine learning and artificial intelligence products and services supporting the federal and public sectors. He also brings 15 years of experience in leading applied research and development programs for the National security and defense enterprise. Joe is also 12+ year U.S. Army Special Forces Veteran.
