New York, NY, March 8, 2023 – Andrew J. Zasowski was recently promoted to Managing Director, Transactions and Valuation, a newly created role at Scale Facilitation®. Andrew will be responsible for overseeing transaction due diligence and valuing the firm’s portfolio companies.
Andrew has nearly 20 years of investment and valuation experience, and has been consulting for Scale Facilitation® on portfolio company valuations.
His previous experience includes working at Mount Sinai Innovation Partners (MSIP) where he was responsible for licensing and company creation deals. Prior to MSIP, Andrew spent much of his career with PwC and KPMG, in their M&A advisory businesses in the US and Australia.

Andrew earned his MBA from the Darden School of Business, University of Virginia, and his BS from Villanova University. He is also an active CFA and CAIA charter holder.
