Commitment to Veteran Employment
The Special Operators Transition Foundation (SOTF) is a non-profit organization committed to helping Special Operations Forces veterans transition from the military into their next successful career.
Scale Facilitation® is proud to be a hiring partner of this great organization and has integrated multiple special operations veterans through the program. These operators have proven so effective we have expanded the commitment into the core structure of Scale Facilitation® with special operations veterans forming the core of our Scale Officer™ program and having responsibility for overseeing our R&D projects through the Scale Facilitation® continuum.
Managing Partner, David A. Collard, spoke at SOTF’s 'New York is Grateful' event which was held to mark the 20th anniversary of September 11 in New York. During his speech, David remarked on the value this organization brings to businesses and Scale Facilitation® commitment to SOTF and its cause.
