This Global Privacy Policy sets out the basis on which we will process any personal information that we may collect about you as a visitor to any of the Sites as well as our offline privacy practices (unless they are specifically covered by a separate privacy policy).  This Global Privacy Policy also describes the types of personal information we obtain, how we use the information, with whom we share it and the choices available to you regarding our use of the information.  We also describe the measures we take to protect the security of the information and how you can contact us about our privacy practices.

Jurisdiction-specific requirements are addressed in Appendix A below.

Our Sites may also download “cookies” to your device; Cookies are small files that a website sends to your computer or device while you are viewing a website, or other technical methods to track visitor usage, including web beacons, which are small pieces of data that are embedded in images on the pages of a website. We and other companies use cookies and web beacons for a variety of purposes.
