New York, NY, December 8, 2022 - Kim Chehardy recently started as the new Head of Compliance at Scale Facilitation®. In this role, Kim will be responsible for the development and implementation of regulatory programs and policies in alignment with federal and private stakeholder requirements.
Kim is a financial services professional with a strong background in broker-dealer and investment advisor regulatory compliance. She has extensive experience in compliance over her career and also spent close to six years in the United States Navy.

Before joining Scale Facilitation®, Kim was the Principal Examiner at the Financial Industry Regulation Authority. She has been the Chief Compliance Officer at both Cadre and Betterment and was the Vice President of Compliance at AQR Capital Management. Kim has also served as Special Counsel for the US Securities and Exchange Commission.
Kim has a BA in History from Loyola University, New Orleans, an MHR in Human Relations from the University of Oklahoma and a JD from Vermont Law and Graduate School. Kim is admitted to practise Law in New York.
