Sun Kang is the Head of Scale Facilitation Partners (SFP), one of the firm's global strategic pillars, and is responsible for advising, sourcing, and managing capital for our portfolio companies, our investors, and our fund.

Sun has commercial and operational experience in financial services. Before joining the Scale Facilitation® team, Sun was a Managing Director in Global Markets COO at Bank of America Securities, where she led multiple strategic and analytics initiatives across institutional banking & markets to grow the client franchise.

Sun also held senior roles in business and product development at a global macro hedge fund and private bank. Sun began her career at Goldman Sachs as an equities analyst, where she covered multi-industry sectors for nearly a decade.

Sun graduated with honors from The Johns Hopkins University and was recipient of several awards as a Maryland Distinguished Scholar.
