Sarah is the Head of Client Services, and is responsible for managing investors, investment partners, and external and internal stakeholders throughout the relationship lifecycle and administration, working collaboratively with US and Australian counterparts and service providers aligned to objectives.
Sarah has an academic and professional background in retail merchandising and people management. She has worked across various positions including management, category buying, account management, and product development.
Before joining the Scale Facilitation® team, Sarah was in management at Lululemon, where she drove results through people leadership, community engagement and networking within the retail and fitness sectors. Prior to this Sarah was a category buyer for major Australian retailers, where she was responsible for the creation and implementation of driving the strategy and results for multimillion dollar departments.
Sarah is a highly-developed negotiator and people manager who has extensive experience in networking and relationship building. This is complemented by her excellent time management skills, strong financial management, interpersonal skills, and unrivalled professionalism.
