Management Team

Phil King is the Global Head of Real Estate & Development and is responsible for all real estate development projects within Scale Facilitation® including overseeing the development and coordination with the EPC firm building the Recharge Industries battery facility in Australia; overseeing the base negotiations for real estate and development needs for Co-location partners moving to support the Battery facility; overseeing other 'Friend Shoring' advanced manufacturing projects; overseeing the office expansion in Geelong; and, overseeing the new US office in New York at the World Trade Centre.

Phil has extensive experience in Construction Management working for both large scale construction companies and property owners as a Senior Project and Development Manager.

Phil has a degree in Construction Management with Honours from Deakin University, Geelong. Before joining the Scale Facilitation® team, Phil worked on a number of large scale and diverse projects, including retail, apartments, data centres, industrial and office projects for some of Australia’s largest REIT’s and private development businesses.

Phil brings over 13 years of complex Construction Management experience to his role and has been pivotal in innovative projects such as Australia first building to include a solar integrated façade.
