Management Team

Luke Thackeray is the Managing Director, Head of Scale Facilitation Scouting, the team responsible for identifying technology and companies that can benefit from Scale Facilitation® and onboarding those projects into the process.

Luke has a background in analytical chemistry and over a decade of experience in the chemical industry. Luke holds a Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Analytical Chemistry and worked as Product Development Chemist, focused on the research and development of polymers for the coatings industry and their subsequent formulation.

Before joining the Scale Facilitation® team as the Head of Scale Facilitation Scouting (SFS), Luke worked as a technical account manager at chemical manufacturer Ixom. Here, Luke oversaw a range of multi-million dollar accounts in this role and managed relationships with stakeholders from executive level through to operational.
