Joel heads up Digital Scale Facilitation (DSF) - the internal creative and communications agency within Scale Facilitation®. His role encompasses the management of creative strategy, brand, communications and content teams.

Joel's career highlights include running multiple businesses in the creative and digital space – with a focus on building meaningful relationships in business, his vision for DSF will see it become the leading creative agency for the science, technology and innovation space. 

In the community Joel has worked for an anti-racism social enterprise in Australia that focuses on driving education, awareness and action around racism in sport.
