Jackie is the Managing Director, People overseeing employee relations, talent acquisition and retention, people operations and learning and development. She is an adaptive and inclusive leader who specialises in creating positive and supportive environments for teams and communities. Jackie is a multidisciplinary professional with a background in the education sector and skills in business management, strategic team building and leadership.

Jackie has her SHRM SCP, Bachelor of Education and a Masters of Inclusive Education and spent five years working in an independent school. She also ran a bespoke bakery service with national reach. She employs her unique skillset in her current role, providing professional development opportunities and developing and implementing frameworks for a supportive and inclusive culture.

A United States-born Australian, Jackie is a kind and effective director who has done significant volunteer work for St Vincent De Paul and Red Frogs Australia. Alongside being a busy professional, Jackie is an avid baker and caring mother.
