Don serves as Managing Director, Enterprise Risk and is responsible for supporting the company’s rapid global expansion by building the company’s overall approach to risk, governance and compliance. He also oversees strategic planning, development and implementation of defense engagement, aligned to the Friend Shoring™ objectives for current, future and potential projects.
He is a US Army Veteran with over 20 years of service focused on leadership, strategic planning and special operations. During his time in service, Don also held multiple roles involving regulatory and policy compliance for sensitive operations. He has established, executed and supervised internal controls and inspection programs for numerous portfolios and programs across the globe.
Don is a proven bottom-line focused operations leader. His ability to capitalise on unrealised opportunities and optimising resources to produce superb results comes from his experience delivering discerning strategy in complex situations.
Working for a range of organizations with an entrepreneurial focus, he also has provided mentorship to enlisted persons, and veterans through both service and transition periods in commitment and loyalty to his community and values.
Don is a graduate of the University of Rochester with both a BS and MS in Chemical Engineering.
