Damon Williams

Damon is the Chief Diversity & Inclusion Officer (CD&IO) at Scale Facilitation® and builds on his earlier success to provide broad DEI leadership throughout Scale Facilitation® and its stable of companies. 

An experienced and diligent growth manager, Damon most recently served as Manager, Prime Contracting Entity and Corporate DEI Policies at Scale Facilitation® where he increased and expanded minority and/or women-owned business enterprise (MWBE) engagement and utilization, and developed corporate diversity, equity, & inclusion policy and plans to achieve social justice goals as part of company business practices. 

Damon has worked in government organizations as well as private companies. He has a Bachelor of Arts with a major in Communications, graduating from Temple University in 2011. Upon receiving his degree, Damon worked with Empire State Development’s Division of Minority and Women Business Development. Damon has worked in supplier diversity in the Nassau University Medical Centre and New York Power Authority. Damon’s expertise is in supplier diversity, compliance, interpersonal skills, and government contracting. Damon loves travelling and seeking new experiences and has a history of volunteering as a hospital worker and mentor to disadvantaged youth.
