Andrew Zasowski is the Managing Director, Transactions and Valuation, and is responsible for the valuation of Scale’s portfolio companies from initial investment through to potential exit.

Andrew is a global investments leader across the healthcare and technology sectors. He has over 17 years of transactions and valuations experience most notably at PwC and KPMG.

In addition to his Big 4 experience, Andrew managed a variety of licensing and company creation deals for a major academic medical centre where he was also responsible for managing the company’s early-stage biotech and broader healthcare equity portfolio.

Andrew earned his MBA from the Darden School of Business, University of Virginia and his BS from Villanova University. He is also an active CFA and CAIA charterholder.
