Matt Addington

Matt Addington is a highly skilled business professional and effective leader who has held both operational and leadership roles across a highly competitive global market. Currently serving as the President of Governmental Affairs for Global Oil Management, Matt is responsible for developing and maintaining global strategic partnerships including foreign governments.

In his time serving as Vice President at cyber security provider, GoSecure, Matt oversaw the global federal business and managed strategic growth. Matt was Vice President and Director of Applied Domains at data analytics software company, Giant Oak, a DARPA spin-out company that uses machine learning to help combat illicit activity. Matt was also the Director of Strategy and Business Development at Blackbird Technologies, which specializes in state-of-the-art technology for cyber security and global intelligence systems.

Matt is a member of the International Counter Terrorism Officers Association (ICTOA) and has held board positions on the International Narcotics Interdiction Association and as the Chair of WashingtonExec’s Big Data Council.
